Built of iron by R.G. Glover & Co, Birkenhead, Great Britain. She was rigged as a three-masted full-rigged ship carrying royals over single topgallant sails.
- 1893
Sold to Italy and renamed Lucco. By this time she had been rigged down to a barque.
- 1898
Sold to the Dutch East Indies and renamed Nest.
- 1917
Sold to the Netherlands but remained registered in the Dutch East Indies.
- 1921
Sold to Poland and converted to a training ship for the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia. She had two diesel engines installed and was renamed Lwow.
- 1929
Replaced by the Dar Pomorza and taken out of service.
- 1931
Broken up.
